Well its official! I am back on track 🙂 I got back to my weight loss meeting this morning, and despite having missed last weekend due to being at the market, I lost half a pound! It’s a small victory, but a victory nonetheless! And I’ll take it 🙂 Now that life has settled down and I seem to have somewhat caught up on sleep, I’m getting back on track with my healthier eating plan. Starting with meal planning for the next week!

Weigh In Saturday

Ever since hubs hit to road, I haven’t been cooking nearly as much. Even though he liked most of his food fried, I was making healthier options for me and eating an actual mean every day. With him gone, I’m forgetting to eat until I’m starving, and then stuffing my face with what ever is easiest. NOT GOOD!!

So I’ve decided to start meal planning and setting an alarm on my phone to remind me to stop what I am doing and make myself something healthy and delicious! I even picked up a new “Solo” cook book with recipes for just one person. 🙂 When I go grocery shopping this week I will be sticking to the list of things I need for the meal plan and healthy snack options! I’ve been drinking my shaklee shakes somewhat regularly, but I NEED to get back to following the program! I WANT THIS! I WANT to be healthier, to stick to the program, to change my life! So despite Month 4 of the turnaround challenge being almost over, making a choice to GET IT! 🙂

Starting with more excercise! I stumbled across some low impact workout clips on youtube and I started a fitness channel with my favorite work outs. I am definitely the type of person that needs to mix it up and keep it interesting. I get very bored doing the same workout all the time… so youtube is definitely coming in handy 🙂

This Week’s Goals:

Drink More Water
Stick to the Meal Plan and actually eat at regular times.
Workout every day!
