I’m refusing to wait until January to kick my butt into gear!
I’ve talked about my struggles with my weight before. I was doing pretty well through the summer. I lost 17 pounds, was working out regularly, tracking what I was eating and making healthier choices.
Well something happened in September… I’m not exactly sure what went wrong… or even if it went wrong. I think I got bored and then I got lazy. I was getting frustrated with my lack of results and tired of doing the same 3 work outs over and over again. I quit tracking what I was eating and started eating whatever I wanted. I’m sad to say I’ve gained back 6 of the pounds that I had lost 🙁
So I’ve decided that I am going to start over! I’m getting motivated! I’m getting my butt back in gear! I’m getting an ACTUAL GYM membership! And I am joining Creative Bioscience’s 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge!
I need a new goal! And having a 90 day time frame helps me too! I’m very much a “List” kinda girl… I’m going to be putting together a weekly goal/to do list just for this challenge! There is something about checking each to do off that makes me so happy! Call me crazy, but my goal is 20 pounds! Over CHRISTMAS! But I can do it!
For all my struggles with my weight, I’ve never found a magical diet pill that makes all that extra fat just disappear. But I am very excited about the 30 day diet that I’ve chosen for the duration of the challenge. It combines clinically supported herbal extracts such as Lychee Fruit Extract, African Mango, and Raspberry Ketones for weight loss, increased energy, and greater appetite control. PLUS there is tons of information and support on the Creative Bioscience site to back up the products 🙂
I’m really excited about this challenge, making some changes and getting back to a healthier lifestyle! I’ll be sure to keep you updated and let you know how things are going! And you should stay tuned because at the end of the 90 challenge you’ll have the opportunity to win your very own products to try from Creative Bioscience!
*I am receiving free products in exchange for this review. Just keeping it real ;)*
Good luck. The fact that you're not "waiting" to start is great. I looks forward to following your blog and seeing how it goes.. and I love the title of your blog.
You go girl!
Good for you!! I'm trying to do the same thing by taking control of my life in the NOW rather than waiting until some obscure point in the future. It hasn't been going that well pounds wise but I think it's a process of changing your brain and that will in turn change everything else. I've lost some pounds here and there but I'm making smarter choices and being more aware of ME.
Good luck!!
I like the fact that you are a "list" girl. Having a plan sets you up for success. I also like the fact that you joined a gym. Research has shown that when combined, diet and exercise have much longer lasting and dramatic results.
Moreover, do not get caught doing the same three workouts over and over again…..how boring blaaa. I recommend trying new things all the time.
Good luck in your journey and let me know if there is any help or advise I can offer along the way.
I think it's awesome that you're taking charge of your health. Best of luck and look forward to reading more.
