Beat the Winter Blues with these Cozy Essentials!

Are the winter blues kicking your butt? I’m sharing my favorite essentails to help you beat the winter blues!

The weather this year has been so wonky! Alternating between bitterly cold and deceivingly warm, it’s wreaked havoc on my body and my mental health! And I know I am not the only one!

I thought I’d share some of the things that help my cope with and even BEAT the winter blues!

Surviving winter can be rough! I'm sharing some of the things that help my cope with and even BEAT the winter blues! These essentails help keep me sane!

Cozy Gear:

I am the hoodie queen (black hoodie // pink hoodie), but I, of course, have a few favorites that I wear most often.

My other essentials include cozy socks, a lap blanket for the office, fingerless gloves, and a light shawl to wrap around my shoulders when necessary.

Cozy Accessories:

I am a BIG lover of heat therapy, especially in the winter. I love my weighted heat thereapy pack across my shoulders when I’ve been working for hours.

If you know me at all, then you know that I love my coffee, and my coffee mugs. This warm and cozy mug is a favorite and on regular rotation, especially in winter.

To beat the winter blues, I also love using a hand crafted soap with essential oils that help combat seasonal issues. Anything with peppermint and eucalyptus is a winter win in my book.

When I start to get a little congested I use my cold kicking shower melts.. I’m hoping to give this hand-crafted winter blues tincture a try also!

Cozy Fun:

Its hard to beat a snuggling with a good book, cozy throw and cup of something hot this time of year, but when I nead a break from reading or a little stress relief I love coloring! “A Cozy Coloring Book” looks like a whole lot of cozy fun to me! And a little selfish winter sewing never hurt anyone either 😉

What are your favorite ways to beat the winter blues? Do you have gear or accessories you love?

I’ve never heard of shower melts before but those look amazing! We just had some nasty germs go through the house so I pinned the recipe for the next time.

That big pink hoodie definitely looks like something I’d wear. Love all these ideas.
