Ouch. Ick. crap. Bahhhhhh!
Thats what I was thinking when I weighed in today. Ugh. So icky.
Yep. I gained.
I missed 3 weigh-in’s in a row and it definitely showed up on the scale today.
On the upside my Creative Bioscience diet pills arrived yesterday!
I started taking them today. It’s too early to tell what effect they have, but as soon as I see a difference I’ll let you know!
Monday I’m going to get my gym membership and I am really kind of excited! Bring on the Zumba classes! Woot Woot! My goal is to workout at the gym at LEAST 3 times a week, if not daily!
This weeks goals:
NO Soda. Water and coffee only
Track everything I eat.
Work out / walk the dog daily.
Protein shakes for breakfast.
No night time snaking <– probably the toughest thing for me!
