It was a pretty good week weight loss/diet wise. Other than that is was uber crappy. But lets focus on the good shall we?
I lost a pound this week. I felt like I was eating a ton, but I was making much better choices! Veggies, protein, some fruit and a few little treats that helped me not feel deprived 🙂 I even managed to not eat my feelings! That in itself is like a mini miracle!
I’m working hard to turn these better choices into permanent habits! I was active at least 30 minutes every day this week… that in its self is a pretty big accomplishment for me. Oh and I’m definitely noticing a difference in my clothes! Things that didn’t fit 3 weeks ago are getting loose! Yippeeeeeeee!!!
I’m working towards making my dreams come true and I’m determined to let nothing stop me!
This weeks Goals:
Gym/work out 3-5 times
Be active every day for 30 minute minimum
Avoid snacking at night
Continue to make good food choices.
