Weigh In Saturday

Well I am happy to say that I lost this week! A whole 2 pounds! Woot Woot!

I got my gym membership this week and I actually enjoy the elliptical 🙂

First time at a gym in almost 3 years and I did pretty good. That is what I look like when I’m exhausted!

I’ve been taking my Creative Bioscience pills… And I’ve already noticed that I’m not as tired during the day. Normally around 1:30/2 o’clock ish I’m so sleepy! I usually end up taking a 20 minute nap (one of the perks of being self employed). Haven’t napped all week!

I wasn’t as “good” as I was hoping to be this week. Old habits die hard and its tough for me to make healthy choices when my hubby is home. He likes his ice cream, milkshakes, fast food and pizza. It’s hard to sit there watching him eat a cheeseburger while I’m trying to eat a boring salad 🙁

But I obviously did a few things right this week to lose those 2 pounds! 🙂

Goals for this week:

Gym 4+ times
Continue to track everything I eat and stay 5 points below my limit
Water and Coffee Only… and stick to it!
Eat breakfast <– tough one for me. I usually just have some coffee, but that not enough to get my day started on.

What healthy goals are you setting for yourself this week?

Congrats on the loss! Be proud of the things you did do right this week, and just promise to try harder each day. One day at a time my friend! Small victories are still victories 😉

Hi Jennifer. I just found you on The Grant Life. Congratulations on the loss and just the determination in general. It takes a lot to stay motivated. In the past year I've lost all sense of motivation. I"m tired all the time and have absolutely no energy. BTW- You're pic below is beautiful. You even look pretty above exhausted. I wish I photographed like that. 🙂 I'm a new blog follower. I hope you'll stop by and visit my blog too.

    Hugs… Tracy@CottonPickinCute
