I’ve accomplished a few things in the past week. Mostly I folded and organized my fabric hoard and napped. In case you haven’t been around here long, I love naps! With the crazy health stuff I’ve had going on the past few weeks, I’ve needed all the naps I can get ๐Ÿ™‚

Also I lost my keys! I spent most of yesterday destroying my house and then cleaning it all up trying to find them. After several hours of stress and insanity, Hubs found them in the truck! Thank goodness!! I was pretty close to calling a lock smith!

As you can see, I did some much needed purging of junk ๐Ÿ™‚ My desks are tidy, my sewing machine is tidy, The den/office is pretty much spotless and I actually have space to work. We’ll call this an early spring cleaning!

I’ve been using card stock as a base for folding the fabrics. They’re folded nice and neat now ๐Ÿ™‚ I just need to finish cleaning out the hutch I’m converting for fabric storage. I’ll be sure to share more once its all finished. In the mean time I’ve got some fabric, scraps and vintage sheet packs that will be up for grabs tonight at #TheGreatFabricDestash on instagram! Several crafters, quilters and fabric lovers are selling off the fabric they can stand to part with ๐Ÿ™‚ There will be some awesome deals so be sure to check out the hashtag at 8 CST / 9 EST tonight!

This is my latest hoop art ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m quite in love with it! I’ll be finishing it up today… and hopefully it will be listed in the shop before the end of the evening… that is if I can part with it ๐Ÿ™‚

So… that’s what I’ve been working on.. what have you been up to?

Looks like the little setback with the missing keys actually was a good thing since it gave you a chance to purge. Your fabric looks so pretty all stacked neatly on the shelf. ๐Ÿ™‚

Yep, hate it when I misplace my keys!! My mother would go crazy with all your material there. She's a quilter!!

#TheGreatFabricDestash sounds like such a good idea! I think I'd like to learn to sew but first step will be organizing my office so I have room for sewing machine and all that comes with it.
