Its no secret that I have a strong and abiding love for coffee. Most days its the way I start my morning and my favorite part of that routine. But my love for a good cup of coffee isn’t restricted to mornings. In fact, on occassion, I like to add a little something-something to spice things up and unwind at the end of the day. I shared a recipe for an Easy Instant Pot Homemade Kahlua earlier this week that is so delicious. It’s the perfect alcoholic addative to spice up my evening cup of coffee or even a cool cocktail (depending in the day, the temperature, and stress levels).

- 1-ounce vodka
- 2 ounces of cream
Instructions for White Russian Coffee:
Add hot coffee to your mug or cup. Add the Kahula, vodka and cream. Stir to mix completely. Top with whipped cream if desired, and sprinkle with cocoa powder (and in my world, it’s always desired).
The best part about that Instant Pot Homemade Kahlua recipe I shared, is that it’s deliciously versatile! There are a ton of ways to put it to use and I’ve got an extra one to share with you in this White Russian Cocktail!
