So I weighed in this morning.
Yup I gained.
I knew it was going to happen. Its to be expected after being sick for so long and barely eating. And then eating everything in sight for 3 days.
I’m going to say that its muscle mass. Makes me feel a little bit better.
On the flip side, the Hubs told me my face looked a little thinner 🙂 And I am officially down one dress size! So I am toning.
Maybe it IS muscle mass after all? *nod and smile*
I am going to get back to setting a weekly goal(s) for myself.
- Track everything! – I’ve been so bad about that lately and I know that it makes a HUGE difference when I am tracking.
- Water, Water and more Water!
- Gym 4 times. I leave for Blissdom on Thursday around noon, But I am going to be at the gym every day that I am home next week.
- Better Choices. Say no to chocolate, soda and ice cream, and YES! to veggies, smoothies and protein!
You are doing great! Keep it up! I have a question for you – I drink a smoothie every morning – yogurt, frozen strawberries, banana and OJ…. Love it but need some fresh recipes… What goes into your smoothies?
I throw pretty much anything and everything in. Except spinach. I'm allergic to that stuff. I love yogurt with strawberries, raspberries, protein powder and some ice. Another fav is pinapple, OJ, greek yogurt and a banana 🙂 Come back on Monday… I have an app that might help ya 🙂
