Weigh In Saturday

I did it! I got back to my wight loss meeting! As great as the Shaklee program is, I’m the type of person that NEEDS personal/physical accountability. In person weigh in makes a huge difference for me, just one of the many things I am learning about myself as I travel along this healthier life journey.

Anyways… according to the meeting scales I’ve stayed the same as what I weighed last week when I weighed myself at home. I was hoping for at least a small loss, but when I am being brutally honest with myself, I didn’t make as many “better” food choices as I could/should have. So there is definitely some room for improvement in the next 2 weeks. I won’t be able to weigh in next week due to the market days I’m going to be participating in.

Goals for the next 2 weeks:

Shaklee shakes for breakfast (I keep skipping breakfast, NOT GOOD!)
Walk at least 20 minutes each day (I really miss being able to go to the actual gym) and do a DVD work out.
No / very limited “junk food” Healthy choices are my top priority!

I think that if I can focus on those 3 things and stay positive I’ll see significant results in 2 weeks! I CAN do it!

Staying at the same weight is progress…..because there was no re-gain. It's a good thing!!…

You can do it! 🙂 Congrats on the results – don't have bad feelings about the scale, don't forget that muscles are heavier than fat and your body is going through a big change. When I had this with the scale when I was on a big diet, I went down a bit. I like your plan for the next 2 weeks! Sounds great!
    You CAN do it!:)
