Hello Peoples!

Popping in to tell ya’ll that I lost .6 of a pound this week. Not a very large number, but I’ll take it. If my tooth ache hadn’t flared up and cause me so many problems I probably would have gained a little this week.

About my tooth… I still haven’t been able to get into a Dentist. Apparently they don’t like working on Friday or something. 3 out of 4 dentists in my little town were closed and the 4th was leaving at noon and didn’t have “any time” to see me. I ended up going to my doctors for antibiotics and pain meds. After 36 hours of pain and no sleep  I was finally able to drift off ! 14 hours later I am feeling better. I still have an achy tooth, but its not so bad that I want to rip it out of my face on my own. Ick! I’m going to have to call the dentist for an emergency appointment on Monday. Let’s hope he can fit me in cause I can’t handle this for too much longer!

Exercise your body! Busybeingjennifer.com

Last weeks Goals:

Gym/work out 3-5 times Got to the gym 2 times and did one at home work out. The tooth ach interfered with getting to the gym on friday 🙁
Be active every day for 30 minute minimum With the exception of friday I did accomplish this!
Avoid snacking at night Totally failed at this one until Wednesday night. Then I remembered lol
Continue to make good food choices. I’ve done mostly well at this. Its hard to make good choices when you feel like *Bleep* and just want to eat whatever. But because I haven’t been buying the junk/crap that I was its not even in the house to tempt me 🙂

This weeks Goals:

Gym/wort out 3-5 times
Avoid night time snacking
Drink more water
Find my favorite at home work out dvd and do it!

Great job! Getting the food/workout mix is key. I had to cut back on what and how much I was eating. It was very hard but now so much easier and I feel so much better! Keep it up!
