Things That Make Me Smile…

Sometimes, when life gets overwhelming (like it has been lately) I need to take a moment, simplify, and concentrate on the things that make me smile! Today I’ve got 12 things that are doing a very good job of bringing out the smiles!

#1. Coffee! It isn’t just my happy juice, it is also vital to (my husband’s *wink wink*) survival! Today its extra strong with stevia and vanilla caramel creamer.

#2. My new tattoo makes me smile! And reminds me not to worry so much. 🙂

#3. I get to go on another quilting retreat at the beginning of August at Sunsets Retreat and I am SUPER EXCITED! But I still don’t know what fabric/projects I want to work on, so I’ve been spending hours on my Quilt Love Pinterest Board 🙂 I want to make ALL THE QUILTS! And quilts definitely make me smile.

#4. I have 26 days left to enjoy being 29 and to finish this list!  I’m also working on my 40 before 40 list… but that one might take a bit!

#5. This woman makes me smile. I’ve gotten to know Karie a little through instagram. She is a mother, quilter, and Cancer-Ass-Kicker! She absolutely inspiring and you should go follow her on instagram and like her facebook page!

 

 

#6. Baby! This little squish makes me smile like nothing else! I’m definitely a proud auntie 😀

#10 I love the new Rhonna Designs App! Worth every penny ( and it’s not at all expensive) and makes all the pictures so pretty! Also one of my Bff’s got married and looked incredible!
