Neon and Burlap Wreath!

American Crafts Disclosure

There are few things I love more in life than a box of goodies in the mail! It was like Christmas and Birthdays rolled into one amazing package when I opened this box of Neon Goodies from American Crafts this week! Let me tell you, the ideas were coming fast and furious! But the first thing I simply HAD to do was create a new wreath for the front door! A sparkly Neon and Burlap Wreath to be precise 🙂

This was such a simple project with FABULOUS results! It adds a wonderful pop of color to the front door and I don’t think I could possible love it more!

I wrapped a wreath form in burlap and then Pink Neon Glitter Tape from American Crafts. Using a flower template I traced and then cut 2 different sizes of flowers. I had to kick it old school since I don’t have one of those fabulous die cutting machines…  yet 😉 Once cut, I layered the flowers and pinned them to the wreath using straight pins from my sewing basket. This way I can reuse both the wreath form and the flowers in the future!

Told you it was simple, but simple projects with gorgeous results are the ones I love best! The front door is definitely got the happy, summery neon trend going on… now I need to get some Neon for me!

Be sue to check out American Crafts on Pinterest and Facebook. They have tons of fabulous craft and scrap booking ideas!

Do you love neon as much as I do? I’ve still got some fun Neon projects in mind… so expect to see more soon!

That is so pretty! My husband is always concerned about something scratching our new front door. This would work very nicely.

That Wreath is Absolutely Adorable! I have a lot of Issues with Pain & My Health since I was in a Motorcycle Wreck so I Recently decided to do Arts & Crafts! I Can't Really do Anything Strenuous & I Can't Really Work at the Moment so I Tried to Find Something to do besides Cross Word Puzzles & Reading (I Still Love Reading) So I started Cooking (I Have to Take it Slow & Easy) and I Started Making Jewelry & Crafting! My Favorite Time of Year is Fall b/c I have Never Really Liked the Heat but Boy do I Love the Fall & Winter A Lot! My Mom & I Decorate Every Square Inch of Our House with Festive Fall Decorations, Halloween Decorations, then Thanksgiving Decorations! I Usually just buy Décor & Wreaths that are Already Made but I Really Think this Would be a Fun Activity to Try Out! I Know it Will Not Turn Out as Good as Yours but it's Something Fun to do and I can do it Sitting Down, which is a Good Thing Since I have a lot of Pain! Thanks for this Blog & for Walking me Through How to Make It! I am Going to Make it the Same Way but with Fall Colors; you Really Could do this for any Occasion like Easter or Christmas! Thanks Again & Have a Blessed Day! Jana
