You know what I love about the age that we love in? The technology! Sure, technology can be hard to keep up with and its ever changing… which can get expensive at times, but there are parts of this modern age that can actually SAVE you money! And that includes awesome streaming services that brings the latest episodes of your favorite shows right to your laptop! So who needs a TV anymore?

OK. Ok. A big screen TV is a nice thing to have… but you know whats better? Your favorite show on demand, at the click of your mouse… with the portability of your laptop… because its ON your laptop! Online streaming is where TV is at these days peeps!

Crocheting and the Blacklist - Who Needs a TV Anymore - BusyBeingJennifer.com

Lately I’ve been Obsessed with The Blacklist. I mean OBSESSED. I’ve been watching it while I craft. I’ve been watching it while I sew. I’ve been watching it while I work out. NONSTOP Blacklist, and I have no regrets for staying up until 1:30 am last night… none whatsoever!

NBC's the Blacklist

I’m also totally caught up on The Voice, for the first time EVER! We don’t have a DVR, so I used to just catch it here and there, when I remembered to tune in (hello BLONDE over here!), so I am super excited to be up to date and rooting for my fav team!

NBC's The Voice

NBC’s TVEverywhere makes it SUPER easy to stay up to date on your favorite shows, or get hooked on something new, like Heros Reborn or Chicago Med, this fall! You can watch the latest full episodes of NBC shows, like Chicago Fire and Chicago PD, the day after they air, plus a live stream of your local NBC station (in select markets). Just sign in with your TV provider username and password to watch the latest episodes of ALL NBC shows the day after they air on TV – and even complete seasons of select series! (If you don’t have a provider, you can still watch! Most of the new episodes are unlocked 8 days after airing on TV.)

ARE YOU EXCITED YET?!?!?!? Log In HERE and watch TV without the TV!

TV without the TV? You Better Believe it! NBC’s TVEverywhere makes it easy!

We’ve been without a TV for…at least 7 years. Not sure exactly how long. We subscribe to netflix and watch over our computer. Haven’t missed TV.
