PS. This is the very First vlog I’ve ever published… and it took 5 takes. LOL So ignore the hair twirling, the “umm’s” and the less than stellar editing. I promise I’ll get better 🙂

Way to go! Congratulations on losing 4 lbs! I think that is wonderful! I have started my new way of living today! I am tried of being tired and I am tired of making excuses and so I needed to just set a day and start…So I hope at the end of April I can say I lost at least 4 lbs….

I am a new follower and first I must applaud your effort in making this journey a public one! Kudos to you. Second, if I might offer some suggestions on what is working for me in my weight loss journey. I don't really like to drink water, but I have found the Clear American flavored sparkling water at Wal-Mart to be delicious and they contain no sodium, no calories, no sugars or caffeine. They count as water and come in many yummy flavors like Pineapple Coconut or Raspberry Blackberry! Also, for me I have neither the time or the cash now to join a Gym but I know that i have to move more to be healthier and help me in weight loss so this is what I've been doing: taking the stairs, parking further away from the entrance, walking during my lunch break (if I get one!) and when I am at home and find something tha tneeds to go upstairs, I bring it. Sounds simple but before I would put everything on the steps and then when I went up just grab it and go on up.
