When I committed to cutting out the sugar, I knew I would need to come up with a yummy drink as a treat and this Keto Mojito Recipe is perfect for topping off my evening!

And the truly best part about this Keto Mojito Recipe is that my friends who aren’t on the Keto diet have tried it–and they don’t notice a difference between this one and the full-sugar experience.

So, you know that you’re not missing out on any part of the experience.

And, isn’t that what having a yummy drink like this Keto Mojito is really all about? Not missing out on the overall enjoyment. Because the whole reason you’re making this drink is for enjoyment. It’s not like you NEED a tasty beverage.

Nope.

What You Need to Make a Keto Mojito

Mojito Ingredients: 

  • 1 large lime, thinly sliced
  • 12 large mint leaves
  • 4oz Vodka
  • 4oz simple syrup
  • Sparkling Water 

Zero Net Carb Simple Syrup Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup zero carb sweetener/erythritol

How to Make a Keto Mojito

In a small saucepan, bring ½ cup of water to a boil. Add in ½ cup of your zero carb sweetener and immediately remove from heat. Stir until all sweetener is dissolved and set aside to thicken and cool. 

Fill 4 glasses halfway with ice. Add in 3 mint leaves, ¼ of the lime slices, 1oz vodka, and 1oz simple syrup to each. 

Muddle all together until limes and mint leaves are mashed well. 

Top off with sparkling water and enjoy!

And isn’t that just super easy?! So cool and refreshing, too. It’s so nice to not have to miss out on your favorite beverages when you’re trying to cut out sugar, for real.

I just love it when a plan comes together like that!

Ingredients

  • 1 large lime, thinly sliced
  • 12 large mint leaves
  • 4oz Vodka
  • 4oz simple syrup
  • Sparkling Water
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup zero carb sweetener/erythritol

Instructions
