Pomegranate Mojito {The Perfect New Years Eve Cocktail}

This post may contain affiliate or brand partner links. Read our full disclosure here.

Hosting a New Year’s Eve party and on the hunt for the perfect signature cocktail? Well, look no further! This Pomegranate Mojito is a quick, easy, and most importantly, delicious cocktail your friends and family will love!

There’s nothing I love more than having a tasty cocktail for my guests. Theres the usual wine, party punch, and assortment of beverages, but I really like to have an option that is a little outside of the norm. That’s where this Pomegranate Mojito comes into play! Fruity and delicious, this cocktail is a definite crowd pleaser!

You’ll want to make this pitcher of Pomegranate Mojito goodness at least an hour (+ 10 minutes prep time) before your party, so keep that in mind when you’re making your party plans.

Pomegranate Mojito Ingredients

Pomegranate, fruit removed
3-4 Limes, sliced
10-15 Mint Leaves (more for decoration)
1 cup White Rum
6 cups Sprite

Pomegranate Mojito Mixing Directions:

Wash pomegranate. Remove fruit.
Cut limes into thick slices.
Pour 6 cups sprite and one cup of white rum into the pitcher.
Split the pomegranate fruit in half. Squeeze juice from half the fruit into the pitcher.
Add the rest of the pomegranate fruit, lime slices, and the mint leaves and allow fruit to soak for one hour.
Add four cups of ice and enjoy.

Party Hack: Try freezing some of the fruit to keep the drink cold even longer!

In search of the perfect New Years Eve cocktail? Try this Pomegranate Mojito!!
