I recently got a Fagor pressure cooker, and it is like the hot pot…and are amazing! Things like split pea soup in 12 mins!! Rice in 10….and so on…I have used mine almost everyday since I got it!
Definitely worth the cost, whether it is the Fagor, Hot Pot or other brands….

And I like your list of must haves. I have the mitts and the extra rings are really vital if you are going to use your pot for both savory and sweet foods!
if you have a glass lid you can actually make popcorn in your instant pot!!! 🙂
