Guess what?!?!?!? Christmas is in 2, yes TWO months! Can you tell I’m a little excited? I. Love. CHRISTMAS! I’m already planning and scheming and making and shopping. I’ve got a nice long list of projects and things I want to do/make over the next couple months. I am determined to do all the Christmas things!
My list is long-ish and getting longer everyday, but here are my MUST DO projects this year 🙂
DIY Christmas Cutter Tree for the Front Door – How cute would this be on the front door? Heck if I can find enough cookie cutters I might make one for every door!
Christmas Tree Garland I love this simple (and EASY!) garland for the tree. Pretty sure I can figure out a way to add some glitter to it too!
Christmas Tree Wall Art – This wall art is adorable and would definitely spice up my boring walls or look cute hanging on one of the interior doors 🙂
Candy Cane Treats – I’ve been eyeing these on pinterest for a while… they were created for valentines, but Candy Canes say Christmas to me and would be fun to give to friends with a cute homemade card.
Book page bird Felt Ornaments (with free template) Snowmen Ornaments
Up-Cycled Ornaments Personalized Squirrel Ornament Cookie Cutter Ornament
Its been a Christmas tradition, for as long as I can remember, to make new ornaments for the tree each year. Its something that I still do even though it’s just me here in Texas. Maybe this year my sisters and I can have an ornament making date via skype? That would definitely be more fun than doing it alone!
Carpenter Wheel from The Way I Sew it Christmas Quilt from the Quilted Pineapple
Christmas Triangle Quilt from A Lemon Squeezy Home Kitschy Christmas Quilt from Diary of a Quilter
Every year since I’ve moved to Texas, I’ve made a Christmas Quilt (2012 Quilt 2011 Quilt). Last year’s got done a little late, but I loved it! I didn’t buy designer fabric this year, I’m going scrappy! And Hopefully, if I can manage my time effectively (yeah right!) I’ll have it done before Christmas this year! I have a pretty good idea of what I’m doing, but I LOVE looking at quilts… so I just had to search out a little more inspiration 🙂
What is on your Christmas List this year?

It doesn't matter how far in advance I plan, or how well I think I'm managing my time, Christmas always seems to get here way faster than I anticipated!
