You may have noticed that I haven’t posted a Weigh In Saturday in a while. Well… I kinda gave up for a bit. Actually for 3 weeks.
I gave up.
I was tired of trying hard, but never seeing results.
I went to a WW meeting today. I’ve gained almost 4 pounds in the 3 weeks I didn’t go. But I am not going to hold it against myself.
So I am starting over. It’s a new day and I am back on track. Going back to basics… Drinking more water, tracking everything I eat, exercising!
I WILL have a loss next week!

Weight loss is so hard. I feel good, but at the same time, I am hate dieting! I love food. Keep going girl, you have a great attitude!

Good for you to not give up! Keep going! I've been trying to lose weight, but it hasn't gone well. I looked into weight watchers this weekend. Do you like it or not?

Oh Jennifer! I understand what you are going through! I tried so hard to not gain weight over the holidays…and I succeeded!….But since January 1…I have gained 5 pounds! We started The Biggest Loser at work and I am hoping that I can get back on track! Stop by my blog and we can share our trials and successes together!
