I finally made it to a Weight Watchers meeting this year! I know, I know… we’re only 2 Saturdays into the year, but I hadn’t been since just before Christmas! Bad Jennifer!!
The good news is I stayed the same over the Holidays. Although the truth is I gained about 4 pounds. I worked my butt off over the past 9 days to lose that 4 pounds.
I’ve been getting to the gym on a semi regular basis. I can only go during the day, so occasionally errands and getting groceries take priority. I have a personal goal to lose 20 pounds between now and Blissdom (10 WEEKS PEOPLE!!!!). That is only 2 pounds a week. I can do that!
The hardest part “the gym” is getting there. Not that is a strenuous drive, or far away… it’s the mind games I play with myself. Once I am there I’m good, bring on the elliptical or the class… but it takes me a while to convince myself to go. I try to not think about it a whole lot, just get dressed and get in the car. 🙂
My goal for this week is to just do it. Keep going. Make the right choices. Go to the gym. STOP EATING AFTER 7pm!

Hey Jennifer! It sounds like you are on the right track 🙂 I like your goal of 20 lbs in the next 10 weeks. I'm not going to Blissdom but I'd like to lose 20 lbs. by then too 🙂
