Its been a rough week. I’m only just starting to feel human again. Still some congestion and coughing, but I’m definitely on the mend! One good thing about having a sick week, I didn’t eat as much as I normally would have. I’m considering it a Re-set 🙂 I drank TONS of water and made good choices when I was hungry and it paid off big time!
I lost 6 pounds!

If I had weighed in last week (Had to take hubby to the hospital) I would have gained between 2 – 3 pounds… so in reality I lost closer to 8 – 9 pounds! Now I know that its not normal/healthy to lose weight that quickly and I know that it won’t keep up at that pace. But I’m ok with that. Its given me a great confidence boost and I can’t wait to get back to the gym and get my work out on!
I didn’t really do much in the Shaklee 180 program this week, I just couldn’t, but this week is going to be awesome! After being sick for so long, I’m not craving junk… so sticking the shakes, meal bars and snacks will be so much easier 🙂
