BAH HUMBUG!

I stayed the same. I guess that is what I get for having breakfast for dinner on Thursday… but it really was very good. And staying the same is better than gaining… like I actually believe that.

I did make it to the gym twice this week and did a TON of walking on Thursday… well walking and shopping. 🙂 That counts as exercise right?

So back to the gym I go… and no more breakfast for dinner… even if it is delicious. Oh and lots of water. Lots and lots of water!

I agree. Staying the same beats gaining! My husband and I just joined Weight Watchers a week and a half ago. Doing well so far. Although we've only weighed in 2 times (once when we joined and once last week). I think this week will be fine but I'm already nervous for that first time I don't lose anything. And, that breakfast looks delicious!!
