Two meetings in a row? I must be getting serious about this weight loss thing again. Definitely over feeling like a failure and pretending that I don’t care. Cause the truth is I do care, A lot! So I am getting serious about working out at home, making better food choices and NOT bringing junk into the house.
And it seems to be working! This week I lost 4.2 pounds! And I mostly stuck to my meal plan! Obviously actually eating before I feel like I’m starving and cramming junk in my mouth is a really good thing!
The other thing that I’ve been trying to do this last week is not eating after 8 pm. I can drink as much water as I want, but no food until breakfast the next day. Night time snacking is my biggest weakness and pretty much always the reason I go over my calorie count. I did 4 nights in a row of no snacking! Go me! I think that was definitely a contributing factor to my loss this week.
I’m feeling kinda proud of myself today! 🙂
Goals for next week…
Drink lots of water.
No snacking after 8 pm.
Workout at least 3 mornings a week.
Create and Stick to the meal plan / eat before I get so hungry I’ll eat anything.
Now I need you to do me a favor! This month I want to answer your questions about the Shaklee Program that I am on… but first I need to know what they are! I’ll be doing a vlog next week for Weigh In Saturday and I’ll answer them in the Vlog! So… Ask me anything! Well anything related to this Healthier Life Journey I’m on or about the Shaklee Program 🙂

I have never heard of the Shalee diet! Are you eating whatever you want or is there a guideline of foods?

The Shaklee program includes protein shakes and meal replacement bars, but there is 1 meal a day you can eat your own healthy food 🙂 I'll talk about this more in the vlog next week! Thanks for your question 🙂
