With summer basically here, its time for some summer fun and deals! So of course that means car shopping! I’ve got a fabulous check list to get your Summer Car Shopping Simplified!
Let me tell you, remembering everything that you should look over and ask and inspect and double check is daunting! Having a handy check list right with you, so you don’t forget anything important is a life saver! And it might just save you some money or help you avoid buying a “lemon”!
I’ve talked previously about 3 Things You Need To Know Before Buying a Car. The most important of those 3 being your budget and knowing what you can afford!
Capital One® Auto Navigator® makes financing a new vehicle easier than ever! Capital One developed Auto Navigator to simplify the intimidating process of car buying and financing. The Auto Navigator focuses on adding transparency to what is typically a confusing process by allowing consumers to pre-qualify for auto financing and see their financing terms before visiting a dealer.
In fact the whole car buying process is streamlined since Auto Navigator helps find a car and see the financing options, dealer ratings, and car reviews, all in one place! Its basically the ultimate car buying secret weapon!
So you’ve got those 3 things figured out, its time to go and actually LOOK at the cars! Whether you’re buying new or used, this list is going to come in very handy! Just download this FREE PRINTABLE Checklist, and print it off to take with you! I’ve even left some blank spaces so you can add anything else you might need to look for or remember when you’re looking a car over!
And while this printable says “used” these are things that should still be checked when purchasing a “new” car as well! Test drives do put some wear and tear on a vehicle, and if you don’t see it before you sign, you might not be able to get it fixed or a price reduction after the fact!
I hope this checklist will help you keep your summer car shopping simplified! And don’t forget to check out Capital One® Auto Navigator®!

Great post, i love Capital One myself. However, i hate car shopping! I bought a Jeep in March and i gave the sales person exactly what i wanted and how much I’d pay and my credit info. Hah, needless to say he found me exactly what i was looking for.
That’s a big help indeed.. I usually have my hubby handling this car department 😉
