How was your long weekend? Hubby and I definitely made some memories… although not the memories we had in mind. We spent most of the weekend relaxing at home. Hubs caught some sort of stomach bug and the decided to share with me! *sad face* So our long weekend memories weren’t exactly something to write home about. Oh well… there’s always July 😉
Here is a glimpse into our laid back, slightly boring long weekend, in no particular order…
1.) Started Saturday morning off with a LOT of spilled coffee grinds… I should have just gone back to be then.
2.) I did my monthly vlog for the Shaklee 180 Program I’m doing and youtube picked the most flattering shot possible… or not. At least the mug is adorable.
3.) I spent some time outside on sunday night and this is what I found when I went out! That fallen nest and broken eggs had me sobbing!
4.) Some of the family back home threw my sister a surprise baby shower! I sooooo wish I could have been there!
5.) Sneak peek of a new hoop that’s going to market with me (more on the market and how you can get your own hoop on Wednesday!)
6.) Grainy selfie from my alone/outside time Sunday night. Hubs wasn’t feeling good, but I really needed to get out of the house and breathe some fresh air
7.) These pretty purple flowers caught my eye when I dropped the husband-man off at his truck for another week of work. I managed to smile and keep myself together until I got back in our truck to head home alone, and promptly burst into tears. I blame the stomach bug.
8.) Exactly how I spent the majority of my Monday. Feet Up, Tv On, Needle & Thread, come to think of it, that’s where I’m headed as soon as I am done here 😉
9.) I’ve been productive! 7 new 8 inch hoops and 4 new 5 inch hoops for market! Follow me on instagram for more sneak peeks 🙂
And there you have it, a brief recap of the first real long weekend that Hubby and I got to spend together. I’m off to relax and take some more flu-be-gone meds! Happy Tuesday!
Oh, sorry to hear you and your husband caught a bug 🙁 However, it's nice you got to relax! Hope this week treats you well 🙂
Best,
