1. What are you reading right now? Tell us about it!
I’m actually working on What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty. Its the book we’re supposed to read this month, and due to some health issues, I’ve been doing more sleeping than reading. Hoping to be finished or at least almost finished by the time the #literaryjunkies twitter party starts tonight 🙂 So far I’m loving it!
2. Divergent, Hunger Games, or Twilight. Which do you prefer and why? (If you’ve never read them which do you think you’d prefer?)
I haven’t read Divergent… but its on the list. I have read both Twilight and Hunger Games, and I’d have to say hands down, Hunger Games. I love the characters, the premise and the plot. Not to mention that the movies are already 900000000 times better than the Twilight ones! LOL
3. TV Series Based on Books they start out very close to the book to draw in the fans but then will start to separate themselves by changing things and adding characters. What are you thoughts on this?
Its been a long while since I’ve gotten into a TV series that was based on a book. I think it can be both good and bad. In some ways it can add a lot to the story, go beyond the words and take those that love the book deeper into the story. If it departs too much from the book, they run the risk of losing the fans loyal to the book.
4. You’ve just been recruited to help a movie studio bring your favorite book to the big screen. What’s the movie and who are you choosing to play the main characters?
Oh Lordy…. I don’t really have a good answer for this one… I love too many books to be able to choose. Chances are though, no matter what the book, I’d cast Jennifer Garner! I love that girl something fierce 😀
5. Going back to the above question, do you keep it word for word the same or do you use this chance to change little things you thought would make the book better?
I guess it would depend on the book. I’ve read books that I’ve loved, that I would have worded differently, or gone deeper into specific scenarios. Chances are I’d stray from the book and add my own spin. I already do it in my head, so why not on the big screen? LOL!
6. After you finish a physical copy of a book do you keep it for a reread, put it on a shelf to collect dust, donate it to Goodwill, or do you just not purchase physical copies of books?
I pretty much always keep my books. I like to read and reread and then read again. I’ve got a couple of series that I read about once a year. Those books are precious to me and I can’t imagine ever giving them up. I dream of one day having a library in my home that looks a little something like this…
What would your answer be to number 4 and 5?

I think I'd have to pick Hunger Games (I've read all three series). And I don't know if I've ever both read the book(s) and watched the show based on it. I did watch Gossip Girl, but I never read the books.
I need to break down and actually read Hunger Games, I've heard too many good things about it.
