I recently got rid of a BUNCH of stuff from our laundry room. It was filled with junk, and now, it’s filled with space!

Laundry is something that I have trouble keeping up with. I keep up with washing and drying, but when it comes to folding and putting away, I am sorely lacking in skills. Right now, our guest bed is completely full of unfolded laundry that I have yet to put away.

With the newly emptied laundry room, I am looking for an organization solution that will help me keep up with the folding and putting away side of the laundry.

I love the addition of color in this laundry room. We rent and can’t make permanent changes to anything, but a colorful rug or large piece of wall art could make all the difference!

I absolutely adore these wire baskets. I would love to put some in as storage units in our laundry room. Ideally, I would switch out all of our laundry baskets for wire baskets, but I don’t think our budget will allow for that. 🙂

I think this laundry room is the most practical of all. It uses a laundry bin for each person so that she/he can put away her/his own clean laundry. I want my laundry room to be practical above all. I was surprised when I was searching through ideas how many didn’t really have space for laundry.

We have an over-the-door shoe rack that we have been using for a similar purpose, but I like the shelf idea even better. If I can find a shelf like this I will probably use it. The wire look also matches the existing shelves in our laundry room.
