Y’all. Its been a rough day! I picked up some sort of bug while I was away at my quilting retreat and it is kicking my butt! Unfortunately, being self employed means a sick day is out of the question… although, naps are a definite possibility! I’m diffusing my essential oils, taking my cold meds and resting as much as possible. Fingers crossed this doesn’t last too long….

I like winning for several reasons. One reason is sometimes I enter because I know which of my friends woukd die for the giveaway item and I enjoy giving gifts to people. I enjoy winning because usually the item is something I wouldn’t go by for myself but would love to have. And another reason I like winning is after entering 75-100 giveaways (I honestly don’t know the percentage but it’s probably close) giveaways it’s nice to win one every now and then. Thanks so much.

My dream perfect valentines date is to actually have a dream perfect date idea. I haven’t thought about a dream perfect date in probably ever. Since I no longer have an imagination it will be with my best friend to catch up on old times which we do not do nearly often enough. And I would enjoy that so much.

My dream perfect date would be an old friend that I’ve not talked to in a long time to take me to dinner and catch up. He’s always so funny and I need the laughed.
My dream Valentine’s Day would be where my daughter and I rented a hotel room the night before Valentine’s Day so we could have the WHOLE Valentine’s Day together, just the two of us! We would order room service and watch I Love Lucy episodes until we both passed out from all the fun and laughing. Then we would wake up and have the delicious Continental Breakfast where we can make our own waffles and eat like piggies! Next up would be to utilize the hotel’s facilities of course!! I’m talking about a full day of swimming followed by the sauna (me only). Then we would enjoy a couples massages and then to finish out the day, we’d get mani-pedis together!

My dream date is to have a new wardrobe delivered to my home by my secret admirer and a note that a car will be at my home to pick me up for a dinner date with someone I’m crazy about and attracted to.
My dream Valentine’s Day would be to have a magical day with my daughter. I would love to have a whole day of just mother-daughter bonding time. We would make breakfast together. We would do makeovers on each other and then DIY projects!! My daughter and I love making these and I love saving them. Homemade gifts are my favorite! I also love the alone time that we get. My Dream Valentine’s Day would be to pamper my mom! She single-handily raised me and my two siblings. She is my role model and the best person I know! I would serve her breakfast in bed: Eggs Benedict (her fav) and a Starbucks Venti Iced Carmel Macciatio-upside down with an extra shot! While she was enjoying her breakfast, I would clean her house, feed her animals, do laundry, clean her car, and run any errands that she may need done! Then I would tweeze her eyebrows like she likes me to, French braid her hair (another thing she likes me to do), and lastly, give her a back massage!
