My Nana always used to tell me that I have an “old soul”. I love Frank Sinatra, Etta James, Bing Crosby, Judy Garland, Musicals of all kinds, anything from the Victorian era and old fashioned snail mail! I absolutely love, adore and Heart Snail Mail! Nothing makes my day like opening up my mail box to find a personal note, letter or postcard 🙂
I haven’t made it into an official resolution, but one of my personal goals for myself is to mail more notes, cards, and letters in 2013! I already have a few people in mind… But I want to mail at least one a week!

Writing my own post about sending out postcards, and I went looking for a picture of snailmail… stumbled onto this blog! What a wonderful idea! Mine is simply to send some postcards out to people I already know.. but I love your idea of sending 1 per week, and even to people you don't know. There's something about getting REAL mail… I hope that we never lose that…
Agreed! It was my favorite thing as a kid and even now, I get uber excited when there is something other than a bill in the mail!
