Calm, Simple Moments…

This post may contain affiliate or brand partner links. Read our full disclosure here.

The past few weeks have been busy… a rarity for me since I moved to Texas. On top of all the busyness, Hubby has only been able to be home for 2 days in the past 5 weeks. While that’s not the worst run we’ve had without seeing each other, it is frustrating! So when I found out he got to come home for 2 days starting yesterday afternoon I was THRILLED!!

There is nothing I love more than snuggling with my Husband and #MonsterKittens… and calm, simple moments like this are oh so precious!

Snuggles with the Hubby and #MonsterKittens

If you need me… I’ll be hanging out with my favorite person and kittens 🙂

What a lovely way to spend those days together. Not running around seeing everyone, running errands, or going out… just relaxing and spending some time together.

Aww hanging out with your favorite person and pets is the best thing! I love days like that too. I haven't had much of that since we just moved but I'm looking forward to settling in and finding some peaceful times again.

Being a truck driver's wife takes a special person. I speak from personal experience. My hubby is an over the road truck driver and though he's not gone nearly as long as yours (he's on a Pennsylvania turn this week and will be home tonight!) it's still hard. Have fun yall!
