Spring oh glorious spring! With your warm gentle breezes, your sweet fresh smells and your perfect sunshiny days. Oh how I love spring! There is just something about this glorious weather that has me craving wildflowers, long afternoons outside, and a little extra kindness. I mean who couldn’t use a little extra kindness these days??
It seems more and more people are getting “ballsy” behind the relative safety of their computer screens and keyboards! Thinking before you speak (or type) seems to have gone the way of the dodo bird, and so many people seem to feel the need to impart their particular ideals and life choices on everyone else.
Why can’t we all be a little kinder?
Why can’t we all impart the grace and mercy to others that we ourselves would like to receive?
Its really not that hard! Or is it?
Some times I worry about this world we live in… Other days I get so caught up in getting through my to do list and finishing up tasks that I miss the little opportunities to be kind. Some days leave me frustrated and discouraged about the things I see and the negativity that seems to be rampant.
I know I am not perfect, I’ve never claimed to be, but I’d like to think I’m kind! I strive to be the kind of person that can look on her life with few regrets, knowing that I sprinkled light, grace and kindness along my way!
So, Be a little kinder.
Always, be a little kinder, especially when you don’t feel like it!
