Red, White and Blue Pretzel Bark Directions:

  1. Melt your almond bark on low heat. Once the almond bark starts to melt, remove from heat and keep stirring to melt it completely.

  2. Add a few tablespoons of almond bark to two separate small bowls.

  3. Dye one bowl blue and one red with food coloring gel. Thin out your almond bark with a little coconut oil if it seizes up.

  4. Line a large cookie sheet with wax paper.

  5. Break up pretzels and lay them on the bottom of your cookie sheet.

  6. Cover your pretzels with the melted white almond bark. Use a spoon to spread it out and cover pretzels if necessary.

  7. Dip a spoon into your red almond bark and drizzle across the white almond bark. Repeat with blue almond bark.

  8. Add your sprinkles and candies, allow bark to cool completely, break into pieces and enjoy!

This looks a fun idea – I’m guessing normal chocolate can be used (I’ve never heard of almond bark). Thanks for sharing with us at Fiesta Friday – don’t forget to add your party links in for a chance to be featured the following week. Have a great weekend.
