Its the most wonderful time of the year! And by the most wonderful time, I mean fall of course! I might have mentioned my love of fall once or twice or ninety-ish times already… but I can’t help myself! I’ve always loved fall, but I have developed a special appreciation for the changing of the seasons since I move to Texas. The shift in weather and cooler temperatures is a very welcome break after a summer of 100+ temperatures. And of course with a new season comes the need for new projects… starting with a new fall wreath for my front door!
This particular fall wreath project is a pretty easy one… if you’ve made some book page roses lately. But if you haven’t, never fear! This book page rose tutorial will walk you through the steps and you can get 4 or 5 made in about an hour.
Here’s what you need to make your own book page rose fall wreath:
4-5 Book Page Roses (use this tutorial)
Orange Metallic shot Burlap Ribbon
Hot Glue + glue gun
Step 1: Wrap the burlap ribbon around the vine wreath on an angle. Secure in place with hot glue.
Step 2: Trim the wire “stem” to just below the base of the book page rose. Cluster then together on the lower left side. Arrange until you find a cluster/placement you like. Glue in place.
Step 3: Make a bow with the burlap ribbon. Attach to the top of the vine wreath.
You’re done! All that’s left to do is hang your new fall wreath!
