Its done! It’s over! And I can finally relax! *yeah right* Last night was the Market is Over Sale on instagram and it went pretty well! So I figured I’d show you my latest works in progress and give a few tips on running an instagram sale. Cause I’m obviously an expert now. 😉
Works in Progress… Well not much has changed, except that I whipped up a couple of new hoops for the sale 🙂 These guys are pretty stinking cute! If I do say so myself 😀
Most of these sold last night, but a few of them will make their way into the shop by the weekend… I may be sharing a few limited edition summer discount codes 🙂
On to the Instagram sale tips…
1. Take all your photos ahead of time. Make sure they are sized properly and if you really want to make things simple, add as much information to the image as possible.
2. Write your descriptions ahead of time. I used the Notes app on my iPhone, titled them individually, and filled in the information.
3. Write a list of the items you’re selling and grab a highlighter. As you list each item cross them off so you know what you have left and so you don’t miss anything!
4. Grab a big glass of your favorite beverage, plug your phone in, and put your feet up! 30+ Items took me just over an hour to post, and only because I was prepared!
Don’t forget to promote your giveaway in the days leading up 🙂 Giveaways are a great way to help spread the word!
