Turkey Sliders with Blackberry Jam

This post may contain affiliate or brand partner links. Read our full disclosure here.

Hi Busy Being Jennifer readers! I’m so excited to be sharing my first recipe with you all and hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I did. With school back in session and fall full of great in-season produce, it’s always great to be able to cook quick meals that are still healthy. This turkey sliders recipe is one that the entire family can enjoy.

Direction

In a medium sized bowl, place ground turkey. Grate in garlic and onion and add the Italian seasoning and chopped parsley. Gently mix together with a fork or gloved hands to incorporate but do not overwork meat.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Form meat mixture into miniature patties. Cook on either side 5-8 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

Spread jam on either side of the slider buns. Add turkey patties and top with a few parsley sprigs. Serve!

The blackberry jam adds an interesting twist with the combination of sweet and tart. This turkey sliders recipe will get you about 8-10 sliders depending on how large you make them. These would double or triple easily for a party and who doesn’t love non-messy hand held appetizers?

Everyone thinks I am crazy when I put grape jelly on my sausage biscuit (when I fall off the diet wagon) but it tastes so good!!! This reminds me of that so I can’t wait to try these!
