I am working REALLY hard at eating well and sticking to this gluten-free & grain-free elimination diet I’m on for a few more weeks. Let me tell ya folks, its not easy! Especially at the end of a long day, when I’m too tired (or lazy) to cook. I’ve learned, the hard-ish way, that if I take the time to fuel my body properly in the morning, there is a HUGE difference in my productivity and energy levels by the end of the day! So breakfast has become a priority and I am ALL about the fruit + Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl recipes!
