I am working REALLY hard at eating well and sticking to this gluten-free & grain-free elimination diet I’m on for a few more weeks. Let me tell ya folks, its not easy! Especially at the end of a long day, when I’m too tired (or lazy) to cook. So breakfast has become a priority and I am ALL about the fruit + Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl recipes!

This, this is what I should be having for breakfast. Instead I’ve been eating the instant oatmeal. I love kiwi and fresh fruit, I need this. Happy Friday!

This just looks too delish to be healthy, but I know it is! It’s close to midnight and I’m in bed mentally reviewing the fruit in my fridge, lol!
