And I make something yummy like this!
Its oh so delicious and DIET FRIENDLY! Can I get a woot woot?!?!? 😉
Here’s how I make this yumminess…
Fresh Baked (store bought) ciabatta bun
Fresh, organic veggies: cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, & onion.
Chive & Onion reduced fat Cream Cheese.
Slice and toast your bun. Then smear with cream cheese.
Wash, slice and layer your veggies on the bun.
Add a toothpick to hold it all together and Voila! You’re a pretend vegetarian!! 🙂

Why do you have to pretend to be vegetarian to eat this? Why can't you just embrace it for what it is: a sandwich that happens to be meat free.

I'm always happy when I see meat eaters enjoying yummy meat-free food.. people always assume that us vego's eat all these freaky tofu and soy bean products and forget we eat basically the same as you do.. my father cannot eat a lunch/dinner without meat which drives me crazy! This sandwhich looks delicious!!
