One of the things I was most excited about when I moved to Texas was the big ole pear tree in the back yard. After 2 super dry, hot summers with no fruit, you can only imagine how delighted I was to discover a tree full of blooms this spring! Fast forward a few months and I’ve got more golden, juicy, perfect pears than I know what to do with! So I’ve found and tried some of the yummiest , most perfect pear recipes and I even found a bunch more to try soon!
