My Texas born and raised husband gets quite a Fresh Peach hankerin’ this time of year. And I’m not complaining… until they start to go bad that is. He’s buys them in bulk and eats them until he can’t eat any more… and I’m the one that gets to figure out what to do with the rest. I’m ashamed to admit that I have let too many peaches go bad in the past… but not any more!! Not with this DELICIOUS recipe in my arsenal!

The peachy goodness in these muffins is pretty fantastic. Even my picky-eater husband is a fan of these 🙂 These muffins freeze pretty well… so go ahead and double the batch! You’ll end up with some yumminess in the freezer for your future Peach hankerings 😉
