With Hubby on the road 3-4 weeks at a time… cooking has become less and less of a priority with just me at home. Who wants to spend hours slaving over a hot stove, with no one to appreciate your culinary genius? Not this girl!! Most nights its something quick, easy and usually boring… if I remember to eat at all. But not any more! I’ve gone back to Big, Bold Flavors! Its Chili’s® at home frozen meals to the rescue! I can’t even begin to tell you just how in Love I am with these delicious Chili’s Restaurant frozen meals! I bought 5 when I went grocery shopping this week… and there are only 2 left for me to photograph! hehehe!! So far I’ve had the Nacho Potatoes with Beef & Bacon, the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Cheesy Chicken Pasta Florentine!
I’m totally in love with the Nacho Potatoes with Beef & Bacon! I paired this delicious entree with taco chips, salsa and some sour cream! The Nacho Potatoes were a bit spicier than I normally go for, but the salsa and sour cream took the edge off. Its a good thing hubby was on the road… otherwise he’s have tried to steal this!
It was the perfect, bold, delicious way to end a crazy, hectic, slightly stressful day 🙂 Easy weeknight meals have never been this delicious!
