My latest breakfast recipe addiction is this Cinnamon Cream and Banana Overnight Oats! It’s a delicious way to fuel your day!

I love overnight oats. Its the easiest way to know that I’ll actually remember to eat breakfast in the morning. Heck. I actually get EXCITED to eat breakfast in the morning when I’ve got overnight oats ready to go!
Like, I mean really! Doesn’t this look AMAZING? Don’t you just wanna lick your screen?
Don’t do it! Just make this Cinnamon Cream and Banana Overnight Oats with the easy recipe below 😉
For this Cinnamon Cream and Banana Overnight Oats recipe you’ll need:
1 large container of organic vanilla yogurt
2 Tablespoons heavy cream
1 1/2 cups organic rolled oats
2 ripe banana’s
1 teaspoon of Stevia
1 Tablespoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup milk
Make in advance and let sit overnight to make chia pudding

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, cinnamon, heavy cream and maple syrup, and stir until well blended.
Peel the banana’s and slice into bite size pieces, and set to the side.
Add Oats and Stevia to the cinnamon cream mixture and mix well.
Place banana slices in the bottom of your small jars, and fill with cinnamon cream oat mixture, layer in the chia pudding, and top with a banana slice.
Set covered jars in refrigerator overnight, and enjoy for breakfast or snacks.
This Cinnamon Cream and Banana Overnight Oats makes 6 – 8 servings (depending on size of your containers).

Mix the Milk and Chia seeds 12 to 24 hours in advance.

Yum! I eat overnight oatmeal with a banana almost every morning. I think I will love this recipe with the added creaminess.
I’ve never actually had overnight oats, probably because I don’t plan ahead! But this one looks delicious, so I will have to try it!
