Hey everyone! I want to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Alexandria, and I blog over at Winifred Jac. I am a SAHM to a beautiful and silly 4 year old. She is everything to me and such a good girl. I love featuring her on my blog, as well! Girl has style. I love reality tv, shopping, Justin Timberlake, and good food & wine. I started blogging about a year and a half ago. I danced my whole life and when I had to stop teaching due to my daughter’s activities, I needed something for myself. I have always been a shopaholic and fashion lover so my style blog was born! My style is very “casual chic”, that’s just what I came up with. I always get asked to describe my style! I want to use my blog and all the opportunities that come with it as a platform to open a boutique one day. I hope you love this post!

I am back to give y’all some Christmas Party style ideas or Christmas Eve outfit inspiration. I always dress up on Christmas Eve and keep Christmas Day more casual. I don’t really know why I do that… Lol. I personally love navy dresses around the holidays. There is something about the dark, beautiful color against the glitter and gold that’s all around us! My family and I are going with the navy theme this year. My daughter and I have pretty velvet (my fav fabric choice) dresses and of course, my huz will just wear a nice navy tee.
So for you guys, I found this lace dress from Lulus. I love lace because I enjoy playing with textures in my outfits and lace offers that opportunity. Pairing it with this faux faur coat would be great for the weather and on trend with the matching colors. The coat is the priciest item here, but everything else is under $50. Kim Kardashian has really proven that wearing the same color all over can look extremely chic. I love the monochromatic trend. The silver heels really pop against the dark tones happening on top. I took the silver from the shoes and found these BEAUTIFUL earrings! Seriously, how amazing are they?! The clutch is simple. A pretty black clutch is a great piece to have. You can pair it with anything. I still have my black clutch from my high school dances because I can always grab it if I don’t feel like any other bag goes with whatever it is I have on!
This time I wanted to share some makeup options. I chose a red nail polish because it’s Christmas! You need some red somewhere in your look. I love a nude lip with any look. It is my go-to. NYX has great lipsticks and the brand is totally budget friendly. My favorite thing to do is take a coupon into Ulta and just grab a few different lipsticks! Of course, a red lip would look beautiful against the navy.
Just a tip for whatever it is you choose for your Christmas look; make sure you have comfort in mind! This really is my general style tip, but anything involving Christmas is busy, busy, busy. You are eating, dancing, cooking, playing games, opening gifts on the floor so you have to be able to move around comfortably. Hopefully, this inspires you guys. I hope you have a Very Merry Christmas!
