A couple of weeks ago I shared this Honey Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats Recipe and boy is it delicious! Its been my go to breakfast for a couple weeks now! I’ve been working hard to eat breakfast every morning. Overnight oats are making that much easier! Reaching in the fridge, grabbing a jar and just going along my merry way has made a world of difference!

I’ve been doing some experimenting with some different recipes and came up with this chocolate strawberry protein overnight oats idea when I was getting groceries! It was totally inspired by the Bolthouse Farms Chocolate Protein Smoothie!

Chocolate Strawberry Protein Overnight Oats Recipe:

2 cups of oats
1 small (11 oz) Bolthouse Farms Chocolate Protein Plus Shake
2 teaspoons of Cocoa powder
1t teaspoon of honey ( if desired )
pinch of salt
Fresh Strawberries (chopped for topping)

Mixing up my breakfast oats routine with this incredibly delicious Chocolate Strawberry Protein Overnight Oats Recipe! The whole family will LOVE this recipe!

To make your overnight oats, simply mix your dry oats, 2/3’s of the chocolate smoothie and cocoa powder together in a bowl. Stir well. Store in mason jars over night in the fridge.

For breakfast drizzle some of the remaining smoothie over the top of the oats and then top with fresh strawberries! Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top of the strawberries if desired.

    It certainly looks easy making the chocolate strawberry protein overnight oats. And so easy to mix it up with different fruit in season. For those not a big fan of the protein stuff, it is easy to leave out. Thanks for the recipes!
