Every once in a while, especially around the holidays (when the calories don’t actually count) a little indulgence is necessary. Truffles are just the thing if you’re in the mood for something simply delectable!     Pepperidge Farms used to have a cookie only at Christmas time called the chocolate enrobed milano. They don't make them anymore, or at least I haven't seen them in a few years. Now I make them myself.
