101 Handmade Days: Energizer Cream

Is your arse dragging? I know there are days where mine sure is! You know those days where there is NOT enough Coffee in the entire world?? I have far too many moments like that, but I’ve discovered a natural concoction that definitely helps! For those days you just don’t have the energy you need, give this essential oils Energizer Cream a try!

Ingredients:

~1/4C Coconut Oil

~1/4C Aloe Gel

~1/4C Sweet Almond Oil

~Essential Oils

-Grapefruit 3-4 drops

-Lemon 3-4 drops

-Peppermint 1-2 drops

Directions:

Soften coconut butter. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Once smooth place in glass container. This contains citrus oils, Citrus must be stored in glass.

This energizer cream is great for tired legs and feet and is a fantastic pick-me-up when you’re feeling run down! Not to mention it smells pretty darn good too!
