Can you believe that April is more than half over already?? Of course with May almost upon us, my brain has started thinking about a certain celebration that that calls for yummy foods and delicious drinks! I’m talking about Cinco de Mayo of course! Living in Texas, I’ve come to appreciate this cultural celebration even more and I can’t wait to dive into the the festivities! In the mean time, I’ll be over here drooling over these scrumptious looking Cinco de Mayo cocktails and trying to decide which ones I want to try!

So now comes the truly hard part… which of these delicious looking Cinco de Mayo cocktails do I start with?? I’m thinking maybe a fruity frozen margarita and then a strawberry mojito and finish up with some mexican chocolate shots! No matter which cocktails we celebrate with they’ll be scrumptious and a good time will be had!!
