Start buy laying your wax paper on a cookie sheet. Melt your chocolate in the microwave – stir every 15 seconds and allow to sit for 15 seconds before heating more until smooth. Remove from the microwave and dip your ritz cracker half way into the melted chocolate. Place the dipped crackers on the wax paper and add sprinkles to the chocolate dipped part. I've heard if you dip ritz in mint chocolate it has the exact taste and texture of a thin mint. Haven't gotten to try it yet but since it's so easy I might attempt it this year.
