This past weekend I got to help out with a bake sale my church was organizing to raise funds for the Bowie Pregnancy Resource Center.

There were TONS of delicious treats Smile I helped out by making Red Velvet Cake in a jar with Buttercream icing and 6 dozen cookies. I also stuck around to help man the table. It was a great way to get to meet people in the community and to know so of the ladies from my church better.

Everything we didn’t sell Saturday morning (and there wasn’t much left over) was taken to the church and the congregation bought up the rest. We raise a couple hundred dollars to help support such a worth while charity.
