Happy Love Day to all my followers!

I’ve never really been one to go nuts for valentines, and even as a newlywed its not a big deal. Weird? Not for us.

I have done a couple love themed projects this week. My favorite is definitely this Button Heart Art100_0405-1100_0404-1100_0406-1

I’m a big fan button art, so you’ll probably see a few more button themed projects in the future 🙂 They are pretty, and so easy to make!

A little fabric and a little burlap.

I cut out a piece of burlap the same size as the frame.

100_0392-1

Cut a heart out of the white fabric to fit inside the frame.

And stitched on a bunch of pink buttons in various sizes. I prefer the look of stitched on buttons. I simply quadrupled the thread so I only had to go through each hole once.

Put it in a distressed white frame and its perfect!

Enjoy being with the ones you love today!
